Le Mas de la Dame – Clos des Oliviers: The Provençal art of living
In the heart of the Alpilles, Mas de la Dame is an exceptional family estate covering 30 hectares of olive groves and 58 hectares of vineyards, cultivated with care using traditional methods passed down through four generations. Today, Caroline Missoffe and Anne Poniatowski, great-granddaughters of the founder, continue this unique heritage by producing remarkable organic wines and olive oil of rare quality.

A pure and refined PDO olive oil from the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence
Mas de la Dame olive oil, certified AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence, is the result of a rigorous selection of local varieties — Grossane, Salonenque and Verte de Ménargues. Hand-picked and cold-pressed, these olives produce an oil with a delicate aromatic profile, blending notes of green almond and fresh apple. It enhances both simple dishes and gourmet recipes, offering an authentic and refined taste experience.

Organic wines that reveal the richness of the terroir
The estate produces organic wines in the Baux-de-Provence AOC, made from the region’s iconic grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Roussanne. Among the exceptional vintages, the Réserve du Mas Rouge seduces with its balanced tannic structure and intense black fruit aromas, while the Vallon des Amants Rouge 2022 seduces with its spicy notes and elegant length on the palate. These wines perfectly embody the character and richness of the Provençal terroir.

Clos des Oliviers: an exceptional range of natural cosmetic products
Under the Clos des Oliviers brand, Mas de la Dame also offers a range of natural cosmetic products made from its PDO olive oil. These products, true concentrates of Provençal gentleness and elegance, offer a unique sensory experience, combining natural benefits and artisanal expertise.
