Don’t miss our 2nd workshop on managing and preserving water resources at Golf de Servanes on Saturday 21 October 2023! This not-to-be-missed event will highlight the crucial importance of water management in a golfing context, both from an environmental point of view and to ensure the long-term future of our business.

Join us to hear the enlightening views of Simon Valmy, Superintendent of the Servanes, Bastide de la Salette and Sainte-Baume golf courses, and Jean Badéa, Director of the Servanes Golf Club. They will testify to our commitment to this major issue, particularly in view of the exceptional droughts that our country has experienced in recent years.

We have made considerable efforts to limit our water consumption, notably by renovating our watering system. However, the drought situation in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur remains worrying for the years to come. We need to invest in solutions such as reversing the flora, using new grasses and tree species adapted to arid conditions, and thinking about building up additional reserves.

If you would like to find out more about this crucial subject, we invite you to take part in our workshop on the challenges of water management, sustainable maintenance of our course and preserving biodiversity. This event will take place on Saturday 21 October, from 10am to 12.30pm. We’d be delighted to talk to you and share our knowledge on this vital issue for the future of golf courses and our environment.

There will also be a fun quiz with lots of prizes to be won!
